My top 10 foods for today:

  1. Spicy tomato and carrot soup
  2. Yoghurt with muesli
  3. Banana
  4. Apple
  5. Almonds
  6. Dried apricots 
  7. Dried raisins
  8. Cottage cheese
  9. Dark chocolate

The virtue of these foods are: they are all I have taken to work to eat today. So they must be amazing or I will get very hungry! It is really a top 9, since I don’t have 10 items…

Today’s workout is all about HIIT! Say, 4 rounds of the following 4 exercises with intervals of 10 seconds, for rest or whatever you can get into the time, and 50 seconds to work it out!

  • Medicine ball side jump lunges
  • Clapping push ups (this will be interesting)
  • Plank with sandbag pull through (get in the plank position with the sandbag on the floor to one side of you. Reach under with your opposite arm and pull it through, repeat other side)
  • Sandbag swings

Cool down by playing about with 5 – 10 minutes of handstand wall walkups!

(During the writing of this post the soup and cottage cheese were all consumed… I think I need to take a moment here)
