Yesterday went to yoga, today can feel it! Not a yoga bunny by nature, but coming around. Sun salutaions seem to work, as it is a beautiful day! Isn’t that what they are for? Planning an escape, just got to gnaw through the ol’ desk chains!
Golden rule #1 – never eat anything bigger than your head.
The plan, dredged up from the murky pond (pick off the weeds), is the reflect workout.
For time and good form, or why bother. Complete four rounds of the following:
- 100 high knees skipping
- 10 x reverse push ups (up in two counts, down in two counts)
- 100 high knees skipping
- 10 x medicine jump lunge and twist
- 100 high knees skipping
- 10 x push up with side plank hip raise (alternate sides)
- 100 high knees skipping
- 10 x weighted goblet squats
More sunshine? yes please.
