Total time 27 minutes – 12 HIIT training, 15 interval skipping

HIIT: 12 rounds of 10 seconds rest & 50 seconds work, completing 3 rounds of the following 4 exercises

  • Weighted jump lunges
  • Medicine ball plank jumps with ball lift
  • Medicine plank jumps
  • Medicine ball toss

Interval skipping: 15 rounds of 10 seconds rest & 50 seconds work, completing 3 rounds of 5 skipping styles
