killer core workout

Today’s workout is combining cardio with bodyweight and weighted exercises. Ouch! All you need is a skipping rope and a sandbag, hand weights, or anything heavy you can do an over head press with (tin cans, baby, cast iron metal scales…)

Total time 20 HIIT, 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work. Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises aiming at maximum reps:

  • High knees skipping
  • Burpees (with pushup)
  • High knees skipping
  • 1 leg pressup, alternating leg
  • High knees skipping
  • Single leg raises and toe touch
  • High knees skipping
  • Backwards lunge and press, alternanting legs
  • High knees skipping
  • Sandbag backwards lunge, bringing the sandbag to the side, alternating legs

This ones gonna be fun!
