Today I have set a time challenge. If you choose to accept – complete five rounds to the following 10 exercise circuit, as fast as possible! I shall post my time once i have sweated through it!
- 10 medicine ball half burpees
- 10 pushups
- 10 sandbag squat and front kick
- 10 side plank hip lifts – left (from the side plank position lower your hips to the ground then back to the side plank)
- 10 side plank hip lifts – right
- 10 jump lunges
- 10 leg raises with butt lift (I have no idea what the real name is)
- 10 mountain runners
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 tricep dips
I just finished taking me 29mins and 24secs. Total wipe out! Gonna come back to this one in a few weeks and see if I can do it any faster, hehe!
