five-ten workout

Today I have set a time challenge. If you choose to accept – complete five rounds to the following 10 exercise circuit, as fast as possible! I shall post my time once i have sweated through it!

  • 10 medicine ball half burpees
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 sandbag squat and front kick
  • 10 side plank hip lifts – left (from the side plank position lower your hips to the ground then back to the side plank)
  • 10 side plank hip lifts – right
  • 10 jump lunges
  • 10 leg raises with butt lift (I have no idea what the real name is)
  • 10 mountain runners
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 tricep dips

Swishhh!

I just finished taking me 29mins and 24secs. Total wipe out! Gonna come back to this one in a few weeks and see if I can do it any faster, hehe!
