lovely legs workout

HIIT training, focusing on the legs and butt. 30 rounds of 10 seconds rest followed by 30seconds work. The following circuit is completed 3 times taking a total time of 20 minutes. Short and sweet! Go for max reps!

  • High knees skipping
  • 1 leg dead lift with sandbag, left leg
  • 1 leg dead lift with sandbag, right leg
  • Jump lunges
  • High knees skipping
  • Squats with sandbag
  • High knees skipping
  • Sandbag swings
  • High knees skipping
  • 90 degree ball touches (lie on your back with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet off the ground so your shins are facing the ceiling. balance a medicine ball, sandbag, or any other suitable weight on your shins. Perform a crunch and reach forwards with your arms to touch the ball or weight then lower yourself back onto the ground)
