How many sets can you do? How many sets of 5 exercise performed 5 times in 15 minutes can you do?

How many can I do?

These are all good questions. Questions I intend to answer. The exercises:

  • 5 squat jumps
  • 5 sumo push ups 
  • 5 knee raises
  • 5 jump lunges
  • 5 reverse push ups
