mid-week-crisis workout

How did this happen? Where has it all gone? Can you belive it is already Wednesday?

I can’t!

So much still to do, and so little time to do it. Today’s workout will have to fit in with me, I’m afraid.

Back on the HIIT, more on the strength side, me thinks. 5 rounds of the following 4 exercises with 10 seconds rest (ha!) and 50 seconds for max reps:

There, that should work most things!
