Here are a few more of my potty creations. Three little pinch pots! These ones can actually be used for something, like putting stuff in it.

Like snacks… bits and pieces… or something…

Todays workout is a super potty 20 minutes of HIIT: 4 rounds of the following 5 exercises, 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds max reps:

  • Divebombers (11, 10, 8, 8)
  • Single leg sandbag deadlifts (left leg) (17, 17, 17, 15)
  • Single leg sandbag deadlifts (right leg) (18, 18, 18, 17)
  • Pull ups (7, 8, 6, 7)
  • Sandbag bridge with single leg extension, alternate legs (13, 14, 13, 13)
