work-through-it workout

It’s Monday. Back at work. 

I just know it’s gonna be a long week, but that’s ok. I’m super motivated and am gonna push through it like butter. Take it apart, piece by piece and put it back together, better than before!

Big words? I know… Want to join me? It’s gonna be epic!

Today’s workout is a time challenge. How long will it take you to complete 4 rounds of the following 5 exercises:

  • 200 high knees skipping
  • 10 hands up push ups
  • 20 jump lunges
  • 20 sandbag/kettle bell swings
  • 10 side plank hip raise and leg raise – 5 on each side (complete one hip raise then one leg raise for one rep)

This took me 17 minutes and 30 seconds.

Sweet, totally warmed up for a spot of climbing tonight! (might have even worked off one of those brownies… )
