A beautiful sunny day in London… Shame I am stuck at my desk, cultivating winter pale skin and tight hamstrings!

Still, it can’t stop me dreaming. White sandy beaches, gentle waves, and plenty of skin warming sun!

Oh well, if I can not be on a beach now, I may as well prepare for when I can!

Two parts to today’s workout, both short and very sweet!

Part 1: HIIT, 15 minutes total. Put 15 rounds of 10 seconds rest followed by 50 seconds work and complete 3 circuits of the following 5 exercises:

  • Surfer pop ups (ah, if only)
  • Medicine ball side woodchops (left to right)
  • Medicine ball side woodchops (right to left)
  • Super girl pushups
  • Medicine ball toe touches, alternating sides

Part 2: 12 minutes of moderate skipping. 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work. Mix it up!
