12 minute wonder workout

Ah! No time today for anything!

Just rushing about, like crazy!

Not much time, but this 12 minute workout sure had me sweating!

Very HIIT! 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work and three rounds of the following 4 exercises:

  • Sandbag clean and overhead press and squat and press
  • Hanging knee raises
  • Push up then side plank, alternating sides
  • Sandbag pick up onto shoulder, backwards lunge and kickup on the side with the sandbag
