friday feeling workout

It’s Friday, and I am feeling it! Let’s kick off the weekend with 20 minutes of HIIT! Yay!

4 rounds of the following 5 exercise. 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work work work!

  • Sandbag clean and press backwards lunge (alternate legs)
  • Side plank with top leg touching the ground in front of the bottom leg and behind the bottom leg (left side)
  • Side plank with top leg touching the ground in front of the bottom leg and behind the bottom leg (right side)
  • asymmetric reverse push ups (alternating side)
  • Sandbag swings

Btw, is anyone else addicted to the apprentice?
