one-more-rep workout

There is always another rep in you.

There just is.

Ever think you are burnt out and something (someone) kicks you in the butt and suddenly you can do another one?

That’s the one! There may in fact be a whole army of last reps in you. In which case, better out than in!

Get sweaty, red faced, out of breath, then shake it off and push out another rep (keeping awesome form). You can look pretty later!

Today’s workout squeeze out every last rep you can. Grab a timer, set it for 15 minute count down and get some work done. Repeat as many rounds of the following circuit as possible in that time.

  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 medicine ball side plank jump, reptile knee tuck combo (from medicine ball plank, plank jump to one side, back to centre, to the other side, back to centre, then a reptile knee tuck on each side)
  • 10 jump lunge
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 leg lifts and butt raise

Every rep counts… well every rep done properly.
