Keeping things simple today, it is Monday after all, no need to complicate matters!

4 rounds of Tabata training. Let’s see, something for the legs, something for the arms, something for the abs and something all round! For each exercise do 8 rounds of 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds work:

  • Jump squats
  • Reverse push ups
  • Russian twists with medicine
  • Burpees with push up

Cool it off with 12 minutes of interval free style skipping!
