If this doesn’t make you wanna get up and dance, then I just don’t know what will! 

Dance in the shower (mind, can be slippy), making breakfast, at the bus stop, getting coffee, reading  blogs. Dance around the kitchen fixing the dinner, then into the living room picking up the place.

Dance because you know your moves are cool as!

Warm up dancing, then some HIIT! 4 rounds of the following 5 exercises (only 20 minutes). 10 seconds dancing, 50 seconds working the exercise! Here goes:

  • High knees skipping
  • 90 medicine ball touches
  • Medicine ball jump lunge holding the ball overhead, bring it down to the ground and straight into 10 running squat thrusts on the ball. You should end with the same leg at the front and back. Bring the ball up overhead in the lunge position and repeat.
  • Single leg deadlift with sandbag (left)
  • Single leg deadlift with sandbag (right)

Throw some shapes!

    Also, I always love your workouts. They remind me of more “functional” workouts like what one of my teachers uses for training Mixed Martial Artists.
