in-the-bag workout

Bag this workout:

HIIT today, short and sweet. Only 18 minutes, that means 3 rounds of the following 6 exercises that should work pretty much everthing! 10 seconds off 50 seconds on:

  • Sandbag rotating backwards lunge (alternate sides)
  • Hanging knee raises
  • Sandbag clean and press
  • Press ups
  • Sandbag swings
  • Sandbag squat

What’s in your bag? I just got kitty litter. Seriously, it’s heavy!

  1. I don’t currently have a bag because there’s not enough room in our condo, but when we get a bigger house, we’ll probably steal your kitty litter bag idea. πŸ™‚

    • Thank you, it was fun, really ab-tastic :S one prob with kitty litter is that is is more bulky than sand, so when I up the weight by twice, i may have to trade it in. not sure that will be a problem for a while πŸ˜‰
