For today’s workout I am heading over to CultFit, for some words of wisdom, pauses for thought, and the awesome workout posted there.
Time to work on those handstands. Something I have been avoiding, like getting my hair cut. Hair dressers are all scissor happy.
Snip snip snippity snip, oh, didn’t you want a bob/bangs/a shaved head? Don’t worry dear, it will grow back in about 5 years… eh hum…
Yeah, so handstands… I will have to modify this workout to use a wall, but hey, gotta start some place!
