What better way to start a bank holiday than by swinging a sandbag about! Oh, unless you can think of something better, breakfast in bed, a foot massage, sunning on the beach…

No? Great! let’s do this!18 minutes of HIIT, 18 minutes, after a good warm up, then 10 seconds off, 50 seconds work. Three rounds of the following 6 exercises:

  • sandbag squat with knee tuck, alternate sides
  • sandbag 90 degree bag touch
  • sandbag clean and press with backward lunge, alternate sides
  • supergirl pressup
  • single leg raise and toe touch, alternate sides
  • side plank hip raises, alternate sides

That should do it! Enjoy your day off!
