magic monday workout

It is the start of a fresh week, the sun is shining and the air smells sweet! This week is going to be good. I can just feel it!

Today’s little burst of energy will comprise of 15 minutes HIIT. Warm up dancing to this  (or whatever gets your groove on):

Then 10 seconds rest with 50 minutes play! 3 rounds of the following exercises:

  • Sandbag bicep curl + front squat
  • Hanging knee raises
  • Sandbag swings
  • Press up with alternating side plank
  • V crunches

make those press ups sweeter everyday!
