Four rounds of the following exercise, for time (although if it isn’t perfect it doesn’t count) in this order:

  • 100 high knees skipping
  • 10 x  2 count reverse push ups (up in two counts, down in two counts)
  • 100 high knees skipping
  • 10 x medicine jump lunge and twist
  • 100 high knees skipping
  • 10 x push up with side plank hip raise (alternate sides)
  • 100 high knees skipping
  • 10 x 2 count weighted goblet squats
