stretch it out

Ah, the end of another baffling week at work… But why worry about that, when it is the start of a weekend. Time to let the mind unwind, let my subconscious take it apart in the background, let future me put it back together so it makes more sense on Monday.

Like the mind, today the body should unwind and stretch (cat-like). Work on some of the kinks your office chair has influenced, set free the tension that is screaming to get out. Mobilize them there joints that are stiff as a rusty gate.

Light the candles, fill the bath with hot soapy water and lavender bubbles, and turn up  your favorite whale song CD… (?)
