sweat workout

Nothing better than working up a good sweat during a workout… except maybe the lush cool shower after! Here is a song to see you through!

HIIT today, 4 rounds of the following 4 exercises aimed at working climbing related muscles…

i.e. all of them!

10 seconds rest between exercises and 50 seconds getting the reps in:

  • Sandbag squat and knee tuck, alternate sides
  • Hanging knee raises
  • Sandbag backwards lunge with kick up, alternate sides (bag on the shoulder of the side with the leg at the front. Lunge backwards then bring the back leg up into a front kick. Squat down and place bag on the ground then  pick it up and put it on the opposite shoulder to alternate sides)
  • Pull ups

… i want to make you sweat… la la la!
