Let’s talk about mixing it up.

I mean, we all have the types of workouts we like to do, or sports we work on, and that’s just peachy… but, how about trying something different? Say, a new workout format, or try a new activity. Then things get really fruity.

Tag along with a mate, rock up to a new class, change your routine. Might just change the way you look at the world.

Today is running day! Yay! Gonna get those shoes on and go. To add spice, I’ll be throwing in 5 inverted press ups, 5 inclined press ups, 10 tricep dips, and 5 box jumps at each bench along the way.

Don’t forget to stir.
