Sometimes it’s great just to blast it out. Cathartic, even. It’s therapy that works for me. You know when the time is right. Mind is wondering, that crick in the neck is bothering you (what? you no stretchy in 3 hours?), error: Line 74 Column 26 unexpected expression.

Today’s plan: 5 rounds of 2 minute interval runs/sprints, i.e. 2 minutes sprint, 2 minute recovery = 1 round
