Hit F5 to refresh, it’s a new week!

The plan: 4 rounds of the following 5 sets of exercises, for time:

  • 20 bunny bench hops
  • 20 single leg squats (10 each side)
  • 10 Turkish get ups (5 each side) use a weight that is not likely to be dropped on your noggin.
  • 10 Pushups
  • 20 v-crunches
