I may not have much to say today (some may say ‘an improvement’) but I sure have a workout for ya!
The plan: Time challenge! 4 rounds of the following exercises in order, perfectly, gracefully, wonderfully!
- 10 x sandbag clean and press
- 10 x hanging knee raises
- 10 x 3 low pulse sandbag squat
- 5 x pull ups
- 20 x sandbag backwards lunges (alternate legs)
