So, it’s Thursday already. Maybe a little more energy is needed to get through till the weekend? Not long till it’s safe to be set loose on the world for 2 days, having broken the chains the desk. chains = chaffage -> time for a workout!

The plan: 3 rounds of the following exercises:

  • 15 thrusters using a suitable weight
  • 15 weighted side lunges (that’s 15 on both sides)
  • 15 bench press
  • 15 reverse pushups
  • 15 situp followed by leg raise
