fall at your feet

If you haven’t heard this cover of Crowded House’s Fall at your Feet, here is your chance:

So, a new addition to the lab at work include a bench, bar, rack, plates, and dumbells. A whole new world of lifting heavy stuff has opened, and I like it. Last few weeks a little experimentation in my program has been going on. It still needs a little ironing out, but it will get there!

The plan: a solid warm up, followed by some chest and triceps:

4 rounds of:

  • Chest press
  • Bent over row

Then 4 rounds of

  • Tricep dips
  • Skull crushers

Then finish off with 12 minutes of rope work. Cool off and stretch out… Be the cat!
