The plan: If you like sprints, this is going to tickle you pink! Warm up, mobilize, then 8 x 2 minutes running as fast as you can and 1 minute rest in between.

  1. I love doing this kind of cardio workout as a changeup to distance running. I’ve started incorporating a lot more sprints into my routine and it’s definitely helped improve my times.

    • They are brilliant! I still do some long runs, but I have found sprints spot on for improving performance. Plus, these add spice, who doesn’t like spice?
