karma police

The plan: HIIT, my old friend. After a nice hot and sweaty workout, 3 rounds of the following 5 exercises, 50 seconds enjoying the work, 10 seconds to get from one exercise to the next:

  • High knees skipping
  • Press ups
  • V-crunch
  • Jump lunges
  • Bunnie hops over a bench

  1. Is it OK if I change Bunnie Hops to … Let’s say: Flailing about with zero grace hops?!? Maybe. I need to work on these more. 🙂
